📋 Description

• oversee a wide variety of greenfield and add/move/change projects for colocation and hyper-scale data centers • manage the design of industrial and data center civil and utility infrastructure • lead data center due diligence, planning, and design teams to deliver projects • design disciplines include prototype development, mass grading, stormwater management, and utility prepositioning • develop and enforce multi-site project and program management plans • host and attend meetings with clients and external stakeholders • proactively manage change throughout the project • identify and mitigate project risks with creative solutions • provide project updates and resolve outstanding issues • develop technical and financial proposals for new design projects • coach junior staff and support professional growth

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering • eight (8) years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education • Professional Engineer (P.E.) License • demonstrated experience with colocation and hyperscale data center projects • Master’s degree in Civil or Construction Engineering, or Business Administration (preferred) • 6 years of relevant experience in industrial and data center design and/or project management (preferred) • Lean Six Sigma Certification (preferred) • Uptime Institute Accredited Tier Professional (preferred) • excellent communication (written/oral) • ability to work in dynamic, time-sensitive situations and with minimal oversight • team leadership skills • strong interpersonal and presentation skills
