📋 Description

• As a Business Development Manager at Element Logic, you will play a key role in the company's growth. • Propose integration solutions for the systems and software we sell. • Analyze business opportunities through sector-specific market studies. • Target new customers to identify new markets. • Build and maintain a database organized by identified sectors. • Implement and execute the prospecting strategy defined by Sales Management. • Pre-qualify prospects at an advanced level. • Arrange meetings and deliver compelling initial presentations to potential clients.

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac +5) in business or equivalent, with proven experience (minimum 3 to 5 years). • Professional experience in intralogistics is desirable but not required. • Interest in technological solutions for automation, robotics, and mechanization. • Experience in commercial prospecting and converting inbound inquiries into qualified leads. • Experience in consulting or in customer-focused solution environments is desirable. • Proficient use of the MS Office suite. • Professional proficiency in French and English, both spoken and written.
