📋 Description

• Hold responsibility for the construction supervision projects • Manage both the technical and commercial aspects of projects • Provides guidance and leadership to more junior team members • Provide façade consultancy services and develop facade design solutions (across a range of projects and project stages) that balance performance, buildability, and aesthetics • Lead or contribute to new build, retrofit and façade remediation projects across multiple sectors • Carry out or technical reviews and engineering analyses across various project stages • Keep up to date with industry developments, standards and regulations • Collaborate effectively with internal and external consultants, design teams and specialists • Support site-based technical services, including inspections and compliance monitoring • Liaise with clients (architects, contractors, developers) and industry suppliers • Mentor junior engineers and help develop the team’s technical capabilities • Contribute to thought leadership, business development and work winning initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering or equivalent • Façade Engineering MSc preferred • Required minimum experience 3-5 years • Preferred façade design and engineering experience • Knowledge of UK Building Regulations, industry standards and guidance • Experience with façade analysis tools is an advantage
