📋 Description

• Break down larger projects into individual tasks and deliver them in multiple phases • Collaborate with teammates and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery • Collaborate with product management, design and analytics during ideation and decision-making • Articulate technical constraints and consider risks and trade-offs • Create and monitor metrics for team artifacts • Escalate operational issues and support keep-the-lights-on and on-call efforts • Participate in growth and development activities, including interviews

🎯 Requirements

• 1.5+ years of experience as a software engineer • Experience working with Javascript/Typescript • Experience designing, developing and launching backend systems • Proficiency in Python or Kotlin • Familiarity with distributed systems, AWS, MySQL and Kubernetes • Experience designing, developing and launching APIs at scale using Python or Kotlin • Ability to write clear, well-tested and extensible code • Comfort navigating a large code base and debugging others' code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
