📋 Description

• Work on tasks contributing to the team’s projects and goals with team support • Collaborate proactively with the team and stakeholders, creating visibility and dialogue around risks and trade-offs • Balance speed and quality to meet business goals while protecting systems from downtime • Contribute to team community through growth and development activities • Participate in the required on-call rotation • Help build foundational servicing platforms for international markets, including purchase protection, disputes, refunds, and agent tooling • Collaborate with European engineering counterparts and engineers across the global Servicing Engineering organization

🎯 Requirements

• Previous work or internship experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks such as React or Vue • Previous work or internship experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using languages such as Python or Kotlin • Ability to turn simple problems or business scenarios into solutions interacting with multiple software components • Ability to write clear, understandable, well-tested, and extensible code • Comfortable navigating large code bases and debugging others’ code • Experience providing feedback through code reviews • Demonstrated ownership of professional growth and proactive feedback-seeking • Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaboration with a global engineering team • Willingness to participate in a required on-call rotation
