📋 Description

• Work with multiple carriers and customers to create an outstanding customer experience • Handle daily communications among clients, producers and underwriters • Maintain agency system/applications with current information • Market, negotiate, prepare, analyze and propose commercial insurance options for clients • Process Insurance Applications and proofs of insurance • Educate clients about coverage, exclusions, and exposures • Assist clients in making appropriate coverage changes • Act as coverage/risk consultant for agents’ accounts • Cross selling / Up selling lines of coverage

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of commercial lines insurance experience • Experience servicing multi line commercial mid/large market accounts • Must have a P&C Insurance Producer license • Strong coverage knowledge in all commercial P&C lines of business • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Passionate about delivering high-level customer service • Ability to build productive relationships and strong rapport with VIP clients • Self-motivated and competitive • Solid organizational, time management and prioritization skills
