📋 Description

• Develop and implement robust, scalable back-end solutions, ensuring compliance with specifications • Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review • Drive code reviews and raise the technical bar using software development best practices • Apply and share refactoring principles across the team • Act as a mentor for less experienced team members • Influence team and tribe architectural decisions • Lead the team’s refinement and planning ceremonies.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and back-end development • Proficiency in object-oriented programming paradigms, Clean Code, unit testing, design patterns, and SOLID principles • Experience with MVC architecture, REST APIs, synchronous/asynchronous communication, state management, Clean Architecture, Event-Driven Architecture, metrics, and telemetry. Mastery of Domain-Driven Design. Ability to design evolutionary, flexible, and scalable architectures • Ability to present clear proposals, mentor others, and manage meetings with conflicting interests • Understanding of the company vision and ownership of full epics, from refinement to production delivery • Ability to make mature, data-driven decisions and delegate effectively. Understanding of the full product development flow (discovery, delivery, and infrastructure).
