• Take ownership for building top-of-funnel sales opportunities for our account executives by prospect and qualifying business prospects. • Manage high volume of activities, including emails, calls and demos, with the ultimate goal to complete the application and onboarding process of agents to our platform. • Critically evaluate our sales process, offerings, and service to give us feedback on what resonates with customers and what doesn't. • Collaborate closely with the rest of the growth team to ensure success down-funnel and better inform lead generation activities based on deals won and lost. • Experiment and iterate to create high-impact customer introductions explaining our services. • Meet monthly and quarterly quota.
• 1-2 years of Sales experience. • Process-oriented mindset, identifying recurring patterns and capitalizing on them. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Ownership mindset demonstrating drive, initiative, energy, and a sense of urgency. • Experience in the insurance industry is a plus or tech startups. • Proficiency with Salesforce and Hubspot and automation solutions such as ConnectandSell.
