📋 Description

• Deliver Certinia solutions aligned to agreed requirements and acceptance criteria • Provide functional consultancy on product capability and best practice business processes • Configure, implement and support Certinia and associated solutions • Produce key deliverables including functional documentation, test scripts and training materials • Deliver client training sessions and post-implementation support • Troubleshoot and resolve solution and environment issues • Manage risks and issues within assigned workstreams • Communicate progress, impacts and resolutions to stakeholders • Contribute to project planning and estimation activities • Align delivery to Agilyx implementation methodology and project standards • Maintain awareness of commercial impact in all decisions and activities • Mentor and support junior consultants • Share knowledge and contribute to continuous improvement of delivery practices • Maintain up-to-date product and industry knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 3 to 5 years’ experience delivering Certinia solutions • Certinia Financial Management Cloud and Professional Services Cloud certifications • Salesforce Administrator certification • Experience working directly with clients in a consulting environment • Knowledge of project delivery methodologies such as PRINCE2 or PMBOK • Degree in business, finance, IT or equivalent experience
