📋 Description

• Looking for a Senior ServiceNow Software Engineer for our client to join an exciting project. • Our client is a global IT company with Ukrainian roots. • Create innovative solutions and consult global market leaders. • They operate in Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Latvia, Lithuania, Czech Republic, Germany, the UK, the USA, Canada, Mexico, Chile, Singapore, and India. • Configure and customize ServiceNow ITOM modules (Service Mapping, Event Management, Discovery) to meet client-specific needs. • Act as the subject matter expert for ITOM processes and best practices, guiding clients and project teams. • Work on CMDB governance and data quality.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, including ITOM Discovery and CMDB solutions. • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow integrations using APIs and web services. • Understanding of IT operations and infrastructure management (network devices, servers, databases, cloud environments). • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. • Familiar with ITIL processes and best practices for ITOM and CMDB. • Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in Service Mapping or Discovery (preferred).
