📋 Description

• ownership of design work across products and run projects independently • design and improve customer-facing web and mobile app experiences • work on internal products focusing on workflow, usability, and efficiency • solve complex problems with real commercial and regulatory constraints • lead projects independently from discovery to shipping solutions • articulate your thinking and defend design decisions • hands-on leadership supporting other designers while actively designing

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years designing digital products across web or mobile • robust portfolio showcasing real product work • ownership of loosely defined problems • clarity and usability focus over surface-level polish • clear thinking & communication
