📋 Description

• Develop a deep understanding of the market, industry, users, company, and product vision • Dig beneath the surface to uncover real problems and opportunities • Own the delivery process with Product Managers from discovery to launch • Identify problems, proactively suggest improvements, and help shape the roadmap • Drive product consistency, simplicity, ease of use, and overall quality • Create world-class design experiences positioning lemlist as a leading software product • Work hands-on and move quickly within squads or by shipping directly to users • Work across multiple opportunities • Shape the future of Product Design and Sales, including AI • Build relationships with lemlist users and create user value • Launch solutions that positively impact users and company revenue • Influence and improve the roadmap • Participate in interviews, business case assessment, live Q&A, and reference checks

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design • Scale-up experience is preferred • A big bias for action; understanding of speed and execution • Strong communication skills • Fluency in English and French • Strong pragmatism and good taste for software • Solid knowledge of SaaS markets and mechanisms • Strong business acumen • Ability to inspire and lead teams • Humility, curiosity, passion and a growth mindset • Ability to easily process and synthesize information is nice to have • Experience in Sales tech is nice to have • High tech literacy is nice to have • Background in Sales or Operations is nice to have • Background in Product Management is nice to have • Portfolio/work samples, including a Figma link, requested during assessment
