📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end product design process from problem definition to final delivery • Identify and validate user pain points through research, prototyping, and testing • Translate product and business requirements into clear, intuitive design solutions • Design high-quality user experiences across web and mobile • Create and deliver pixel-perfect UI with strong attention to detail (layout, typography, hierarchy) • Build, maintain, and evolve a scalable design system • Design and produce print materials (e.g., brochures, event assets) as needed to support business and marketing initiatives • Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Marketing teams • Ensure consistency across all product and brand touchpoints • Conduct design QA and iterate based on feedback and performance

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI) • Strong experience designing end-to-end product experiences (not just visuals) • Proven expertise in UX thinking, flows, and problem-solving • High level of UI craft and visual execution • Strong experience working with and scaling design systems • Ability to work hands-on while thinking strategically • Experience collaborating with engineering and product teams • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, cross-timezone environment • Fluent English (spoken and written)
