📋 Description

• Sales visits to find, attract, and retain customers • Search for and attract prescription projects • Provide customer service to installers, distributors, architecture firms, engineering firms, developers, and construction companies • Monitor projects from start to finish, including drafting projects • Coordinate the prescribing draughtsman/designer • Prepare, monitor, and negotiate offers and projects • Manage relationships with developers, builders, and installers according to the project phase • Provide technical after-sales support and commissioning of after-sales installations • Provide technical assistance to different channels and coordinate technical after-sales • Act as project manager at construction sites and monitor installations • Support marketing strategies • Manage collections and monitor incidents • Prepare regular management reports on customer visits and offers made • Intermediate between customers and manufacturing • Manage the customer database for the assigned area and company presentations, catalogs, and products • Build customer loyalty • Coordinate technical-commercial training for installers
