📋 Description

• Developing tools that are primarily open sourced and available on https://github.com/akamai and utilized by our customers • Implementing Akamai Terraform Provider and Akamai CLI projects • Creating new features from scratch, enhancing existing features and optimizing existing functionality • Contributing to key technical decisions and design choices, as well as writing code • Handling changes to existing tools to ensure that they align with the long-term strategy • Collaborating with our QA teams to create regression tests that cover new changes to our software

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrate experience and knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Go or Java • Be passionate about programming and have an interest in learning new programming languages • Have a basic understanding of Terraform and Infrastructure as a Code concept • Show experience with Docker or similar container technologies • Have experience of working in a Remote Agile Team when developing products through the SDLC • Be detail-oriented with good written and verbal communication skills
