You run competitiveness checks against the market and propose evolutions to our compensation philosophy. • AI & Knowledge Operations: Lead the creation and maintenance of internal AI agents (using Dust) to answer repetitive employee queries (e.g., "How do I expense lunch?"). • Talent Automation: Deploy AI enhancements for the recruiting team (auto-dispatching, screening filters) to increase hiring velocity.
