📋 Description

• Lead successful Alertive implementations across NHS organisations • Turn implementation ideas into clear delivery plans and keep projects moving • Build relationships with NHS clinical stakeholders and delivery teams • Identify risks, gaps, and conflicting priorities, and remove roadblocks • Collaborate with Customer Success on training, onboarding, use cases, and product feedback • Translate customer requirements into configuration documentation • Continuously improve implementation processes • Lead post-implementation reviews and capture lessons learned • Drive customer adoption and embed Alertive into everyday NHS workflows • Identify champions and influential stakeholders to support engagement • Monitor adoption, outcomes, and customer satisfaction • Intervene when adoption stalls and translate feedback into Product and Engineering insights • Contribute to operational and strategic decisions, product discussions, and company direction

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional experience • Recognised project management qualification such as PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM PMQ, or equivalent • 2–5 years’ experience working within a healthtech startup • Experience implementing new technology within a healthcare setting • Ability to work across product, engineering, and commercial functions • Strong project planning, scheduling, risk, stakeholder, and resource management skills • Experience using project management tools and techniques to track progress • Flexible approach to project management methodologies • Excellent communication skills and ability to translate complex information for varied audiences • Ability to demonstrate products and explain concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders • Ability to interpret usage analytics, clinical outcomes data, and product metrics • Customer-focused approach and passion for improving healthcare through technology • United Kingdom residence required • Flexibility for onsite NHS activity and travel to NHS Trust sites and company events
