📋 Description

• Deliver successful Alertive implementations • Turn ambitious ideas into clear, achievable delivery plans • Keep projects moving when priorities shift and complexity increases • Build trusted relationships with NHS clinical stakeholders and delivery teams • Spot risks before they become problems • Collaborate with the customer success team to generate excitement • Identify gaps in processes and help us continuously improve • Lead post-implementation reviews to capture lessons learned • Turn successful implementations into lasting adoption

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or equivalent professional experience • A recognised project management qualification (PRINCE2, AgilePM, APM PMQ, or equivalent) • 2–5 years experience working within a healthtech startup • Comfortable working across product, engineering, and commercial functions • Experience implementing new technology within a healthcare setting • Strong skills in project planning, scheduling, risk, stakeholder, and resource management • Excellent communicator able to translate complex information to a variety of different audiences
