📋 Description

• Engage directly with customers via phone, email, and live chat to provide technical support and service • Assess inbound tickets and live chats about technical product issues and general account questions • Communicate professionally and empathetically to resolve customer issues • Maintain product knowledge with support from the Learning & Development Manager • Manage customer tickets within the case queue • Deliver a world-class customer support experience • Escalate advanced customer cases to appropriate team members • Collaborate with team members by sharing experiences and knowledge

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a technical customer support role in software • Familiarity with Zendesk, Slack, Excel, Outlook, or similar tools • Exceptional phone etiquette and written communication skills • Strong listening skills • Outstanding English communication skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment • Ability to work with autonomy and collaboration • Passion for continual learning and willingness to be coached • Monday–Friday, 3:00pm–11:00pm CST shift • Existing authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
