📋 Description

• Work with Sales Teams and prospects on evaluation and adoption of Algolia solutions • Understand customer goals and align Algolia’s solution to those needs • Assist with technical discovery, technical demos, Proofs of Concept, and RFP responses • Use Algolia ecosystem tools, frameworks, and partners to validate technical and functional fit • Relay customer interests, needs, and product feedback to Product and Engineering teams • Continuously develop skills, monitor Search and Discovery industry trends, and contribute to thought leadership • Partner with Solution Architects and Customer Success teams to ensure a seamless transition to post-sales and successful onboarding • Deliver the technical win and product fit on opportunities and accounts • Lead technical pre-sales relationships, demonstrate product and architecture, overcome objections, and provide consultative solutions • Advocate for customer interests in product development and support cross-company initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role such as SE, SA, consultant, or PM, ideally in SaaS • Bilingual fluency in Portuguese; Spanish is nice to have • Previous software development experience • Front-end experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or React • Back-end experience with Java, Ruby, Go, Node, Python, Swift, or Objective-C • Experience with data formats and data transformation • Strong oral and written communication skills • Superior organizational skills and ability to manage multiple customers, switch context quickly, and maintain attention to detail • Customer-problem-solving mindset • Experience in a high-growth company at the current stage and beyond, in the $150–300M+ ARR range • Background in search or e-commerce is nice to have • Knowledge of Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Commercetools, or similar is nice to have • Knowledge of analytics and SEO is nice to have
