📋 Description

• Develop and communicate near-term and long-term corporate growth strategies • Partner with the Executive Leadership Team to identify, prioritize, and evaluate strategic initiatives • Lead enterprise-wide strategic assessments and deliver recommendations on growth, profitability, portfolio optimization, and value creation • Develop solution and segment strategies with business, product, and segment leaders • Assess business portfolio performance and optimize investment priorities • Develop Board of Directors and Executive Leadership Team materials • Conduct primary and secondary research on markets, competitors, customers, and industry trends • Develop quantitative analyses and financial models to evaluate strategic opportunities, business performance, acquisitions, partnerships, and investments • Support M&A, partnerships, and investment activities through strategic assessments, commercial diligence, market analysis, valuation support, and synergy evaluation • Drive strategic initiatives from ideation through execution • Advise executive leadership and support decision-making at the Executive Leadership Team and Board of Directors level

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of professional experience • 3+ years at a top-tier strategy consulting firm • Prior experience in investment banking, corporate finance, transaction advisory, valuation, corporate development, or a related financial discipline preferred • Experience leading complex strategic analyses and influencing executive decision-making • Experience developing and evaluating corporate, solution, and segment-level growth strategies • Strategic, financial, and analytical capabilities, including financial modeling, business case development, valuation, market analysis, and investment evaluation • Experience supporting M&A transactions, strategic partnerships, or capital allocation decisions • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and project management skills • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or a related field • MBA preferred • Must have work authorization in the United States that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship
