📋 Description

• Identify and implement AWS cost optimization opportunities, including rightsizing, Reserved Instances, and Savings Plans • Establish and enforce cloud cost allocation and tagging strategies • Configure cost anomaly detection, alerting, and reporting capabilities • Analyze recommendations from AWS Trusted Advisor and AWS Cost Optimization Hub • Deliver monthly cost optimization reports and executive recommendations • Educate customer teams on FinOps best practices and cloud financial management • Support implementation of FinOps Foundation frameworks and standards • Collaborate with engineering and finance teams to improve cloud governance

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of AWS cloud operations, FinOps, or cloud financial management experience • Strong understanding of AWS billing, Cost Explorer, CUR, Savings Plans, and Reserved Instances • Experience with cloud cost optimization and governance programs • Knowledge of AWS Organizations and multi-account environments • Excellent analytical and communication skills • FinOps Certified Practitioner preferred • AWS certification preferred
