• Assist with file creation for newly signed cases, ensuring all client information and documentation are properly entered and organized. • Coordinate client services by scheduling appointments and setting up clients with the nearest approved medical provider. • Prepare and send additional documentation as needed, including termination letters, disengagement letters, and other case-related correspondence during the intake phase. • Draft and send emails and communications to different departments within the firm, providers, and internal team members as necessary. • Support Intake with additional administrative tasks and projects as assigned. • Always ensure compliance with firm procedures and maintain confidentiality standards.
• Previous experience in a legal, administrative, or intake support role preferred, but not mandatory. • Prior experience in a personal injury law firm preferred, but not mandatory. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation. • Ability to adapt quickly to new processes, system updates, and changing priorities. • Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal. • Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with intake procedures or client onboarding processes is a plus. • Bilingual fluency • Great English skills. • Sales background. • Experience in personal injury is a plus.
