📋 Description

• Prepare proposal responses for high-priority, high-complexity business development opportunities • Work closely and independently with clinical subject matter experts to create customized, comprehensive Sponsor responses and budgets • Support the BD team in internal and external client calls and meetings • Support budget reviews and questions • Provide strategic input on budgeting approaches • Understand and share proposal requirements • Develop proposal content with internal stakeholders in line with RFP/RFI requirements • Summarize key information for proposal responses • Document assumptions and review final proposals for quality and Sponsor expectations • Maintain proposal tools, templates, graphics, and experience tables • Assist BD Managers with RFIs, presentations, and client meetings • Support Statement of Work development • Generate and refine CRO costings using Alimentiv tools • Obtain pre-award budgets from vendor and site partners • Verify rolled-up costing before executive review • Support costing amendments, updates, and project change orders • Explain final costing to internal and external stakeholders • Attend and facilitate bid/no-bid, strategy, and project hand-off meetings • Support bid defenses, internal project teams, clinical teams, and site feasibility • Develop BD tools and provide feedback for continuous improvement • Generate BD reports • Attend conferences as needed for booth and meeting support

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1–3 years of related experience • Minimum post-secondary certificate/diploma (college, training institute, etc.) • Bachelor's degree preferred • Fluent in English, verbal and written • Experience with budget development within a CRO, clinical trials, or a similar regulated/complex environment highly desirable • Science degree/diploma preferred • Previous budget-building experience in CRO and clinical trials mandatory • Advanced user ability with Excel • Proficient with other MS Office tools • High degree of detail orientation • Logical and process-thinking mindset • Good written and verbal communication skills • Project management skills • Resume must be in English
