📋 Description

• Lead and manage project teams to deliver high-impact client solutions • Evaluate and select frameworks for business and technology problems • Provide accurate project estimates • Generate and adjust project plans to ensure timely completion • Manage issue and risk identification and resolution • Drive meeting outcomes through preparation, execution, and follow-through • Develop relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project leadership • Manage project profitability and adherence to company policies and systems • Coach team members and support professional growth • Lead or participate in internal initiatives supporting company growth and innovation

• Demonstrated experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams • Strong ability to evaluate, select, and implement technology and business frameworks • Proficiency in providing accurate project estimates and managing budgets • Experience in risk management and implementing mitigation strategies • Expertise in client relationship management and business networking • Practical experience leveraging AI tools and emerging technologies to enhance delivery efficiency, innovation, and business outcomes • Strong technical versatility across Java, C#, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL • Experience with modern cloud platforms and services such as AWS or Microsoft Azure • Strong leadership, empathy, strategic problem-solving, adaptability, continuous learning, ethical standards, and communication skills
