📋 Description

• Developing and delivering Division 8 specifications tailored to project needs • Owning relationships with assigned architecture firms • Collaborating across related specification sections • Managing specification projects from inception to quote • Reviewing distributor submittals and shop drawings • Expanding Allegion’s footprint within existing architectural accounts • Establishing new relationships with prospective firms

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s degree preferred • 3–10 years of experience in the door hardware or architectural industry • CDT credential preferred; progress toward AHC certification through DHI strongly encouraged • Solid understanding of mechanical and electronic door hardware solutions • Intermediate knowledge of electrical systems and electronic components • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive action • Proficient in Excel and Bluebeam; experience with CAD and Revit is beneficial • Ability to travel up to 25% within assigned territory; Overnights up to 10%
