📋 Description

• Carry out the thorough examination of a wide range of mechanical equipment from 1000 Ton presses through to guillotines and injection moulding machinery. • Undertake a non-destructive training course, maintain your competence and complete crack detection of press components.

🎯 Requirements

• Up to date on their knowledge and understanding of all relevant compliance and regulatory rules and procedures that relate to Power Presses. • Experienced in the manufacturing, repair or maintenance of Power Presses, Brake Press, Injection Moulding Machines, Woodworking equipment, Associated Guards & Protection devices. • Understanding of electrical control systems and associated documentation would be an advantage. • Strong customer interaction skills are essential, including good oral and written communication skills. • Willing to learn and take on new challenges. • Able to make well informed decisions, and willing to take responsibility. • Effective in their short, medium and long-term planning, in order to diarise meetings, visits and work allocation. • Able to travel effectively within your local allocated work area. • Competent in processing documentation, as well as undertaking general administration in a timely manner. • Willing to support and deputise for fellow Engineer Surveyors as and when required. • Possess strong customer support skills, both facing and in written communication.
