📋 Description

• Attend roadside assistance calls • Assess the situation, diagnose faults using modern diagnostic tools • Repair at scene wherever safe and possible • Make practical, safety-led decisions on repair versus recovery • Own each job end-to-end: communicate clearly with customers • Operate and maintain your fully equipped van, manage tools and parts • Keep accurate notes in our systems

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a vehicle or roadside technician who can work independently at the scene • Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills with modern equipment • Confident, calm customer communication • Comfortable using IT, mobile apps and diagnostic software • Full UK driving licence • Relevant technical qualifications (e.g., manufacturer apprenticeship or equivalent City & Guilds Parts I & II, NVQ/B-Tech diploma)
