• Proven experience in sales , business development , or recruitment . • Confident in outbound communication (phone, email, LinkedIn). • Strong knowledge of the Spanish B2B market and local business culture. • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in both Spanish and English . • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment .
