• Provide technical support via phone, chat, and IVR (interactive voice response). • Identify, analyze, and resolve issues related to services and equipment. • Log support interactions in the system and track tickets until resolution. • Escalate requests to the appropriate teams when necessary. • Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the support process.
