📋 Description

• Lead architecture design for distributed microservices and real-time compliance/analysis systems. • Define engineering best practices and technical standards. • Ensure systems are built for reliability, resilience, and scalability. • Write high-quality code in Python and C++. • Build and maintain containerised services running on Kubernetes. • Manage full lifecycle: design, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance. • Partner with DevOps to manage Kubernetes clusters, CI/CD pipelines, and observability tools. • Contribute to infrastructure-as-code and automated deployment workflows. • Mentor engineers and guide code reviews. • Implement secure coding standards, encryption, and role-based access control. • Optimise performance specifically for voice and AI processing workloads.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of software engineering experience. • Proven background in designing large-scale architectures. • Significant experience with Kubernetes, Python, and C++. • Expertise in microservices, distributed systems, and cloud infrastructure. • Familiar with containers, orchestration, CI/CD, monitoring/observability systems. • Strong understanding of secure coding practices. • Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
