📋 Description

• Identify, validate, and prioritize Workday platform opportunities, features, and capabilities through direct input with the user community, business, and technical partners • Use your domain knowledge to ideate and design a scalable and robust, full platform experience for core HR, and overall Workday HCM • Lead development and recommendation of new techniques and processes to support innovative solutions • Coach and mentor members of the team as well as members of the cross-functional development organization • Partner with stakeholders inside and outside of the enterprise, and present to field teams and at events as the “product expert” for your defined product area. • Make build, buy and/or partner decisions to advance product strategy and maximize KPIs • Be customer focused with a priority on understanding their experiences, needs and habits to elicit their feedback to potential product concepts and/or released product iterations. • Engage in discovery/test & learn activities to quickly validate concepts as appropriate for backlog investments. • Weigh alternatives and considers service and business implications of decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working in Product Management (Preferred) • 5+ years of experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products (Preferred) • 5+ years of experience in Agile product management (Preferred) • 3+ years of experience with Workday HCM (Preferred)
