📋 Description

• Managing an assigned market area of 10-14 storefront locations. • Providing hands-on leadership from both a sales and operational perspective. • Leading and motivating employees in the assigned district. • Improving sales and profitability throughout. • Marketing Direct Auto products to new customers. • Monitoring budget and control expenses for all locations within the district. • Developing and articulating sales goals for sale offices and each agent manager. • Hiring, training, coaching, and developing a high performing sales team.
