• Responsible for consistently exceeding agreed upon new business production • Effectively managing the agents of an assigned market to increase company market share • Positions and promotes products into Independent Agency Partners • Delivers on the business unit’s annual execution plan for their market • Collaborates with Independent Agents to assist with creation of agency-specific strategic business plans • Consults with IA’s by having a strong knowledge of the independent agency channel
