📋 Description

• Respond to tenant, owner, and vendor inquiries via phone, email, and text • Assist with lease renewals and coordinate communication between tenants and owners • Track rent payments, send reminders, and follow up with delinquent tenants • Manage maintenance requests from intake to resolution • Support property turnovers by coordinating vendors, inspections, and unit readiness • Conduct pricing comps and assist with market analysis for leasing strategy • Maintain and update tenant and property records in AppFolio and Google Sheets • Generate and review reports related to maintenance, turnovers, and tenant satisfaction • Follow company processes, policies, and compliance standards

🎯 Requirements

• Spanish/English bilingual proficiency required • Highly responsive, with excellent written and verbal communication skills • High integrity and consistent, reliable performance • Strong organizational and time management skills • Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly • Calm under pressure with a positive, customer-first attitude • Familiarity with lease agreements and basic real estate workflows • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office setup • Prior property management or real estate experience preferred • Familiarity with AppFolio, Lead Simple, Gmail, and Google Sheets preferred
