📋 Description

• Meet or exceed sales quotas in the assigned territory • Mentor and coach local sales representatives and representatives across North America • Recruit top talent in the assigned territory and for Alma Lasers • Generate leads through cold calling and answer customer inquiries about features, pricing, and services • Move customers through the sales cycle and create and close emotional sales opportunities • Manage multiple time-sensitive processes in a fast-paced work environment • Handle customer objections and convert them into sales • Perform product demonstrations for Alma Lasers products and services • Use reference sites, clinical specialists, and partner personnel to achieve sales objectives • Cross-sell products and collaborate with sales representatives to share best practices and achieve sales quotas • Ensure customer care and financial requirements meet Alma Lasers standards • Report lead status and pipeline opportunities through Salesforce to the Regional Sales Director weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually • Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, including dermatologists, plastic surgeons, urologists, OB/GYNs, and private practice physicians • Represent Alma Lasers at industry conventions and events • Assist Territory Sales Managers in closing deals and provide ongoing mentorship and support • Achieve a seven-figure quota through effective sales strategies and deal closure

🎯 Requirements

• High School, Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience • 2 years sales experience, preferably in Medical or Capital Sales Experience • Medical devices, capital equipment, surgical devices, or laser sales experience a plus • Positive attitude and approach to job responsibilities and the Alma team • Microsoft Applications (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) • Salesforce experience preferred • Excellent organizational skills • Ability to multitask • Superior written and verbal communication • Proven sales record of meeting or exceeding quotas • Ability to work in the United States with required work authorization documentation • Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 80 pounds • Ability to travel 60% as needed
