📋 Description

• Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to identify trends, correlations, and anomalies. • Deliver actionable recommendations that support data-driven decision-making. • Design and maintain KPI dashboards and performance reports to track business outcomes. • Develop, optimize, and maintain SQL queries for analytics and reporting. • Collaborate with data engineering teams to improve data pipelines, data models, and data quality processes. • Create compelling dashboards and data visualizations (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.). • Translate technical findings into clear insights for both technical and non-technical audiences. • Mentor junior analysts on best practices in SQL, visualization, and statistical thinking. • Build and evaluate predictive models (e.g., regression, classification, clustering) for business use cases.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. • 5+ years of professional experience in data analysis, BI, or analytics. • Advanced proficiency in SQL and strong experience with relational databases (BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.). • Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Qlik, etc.). • Solid knowledge of statistics (regression, hypothesis testing, experimental design). • Experience with Python or R for data manipulation, visualization, and modeling. • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical results to business stakeholders.
