• Proactively source candidates daily through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and other channels • Reach out directly to candidates via calls and messages to develop strong pipelines • Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess skills and cultural alignment • Create and submit detailed candidate profiles in our ATS • Partner with Account Managers to coordinate interviews and candidate communications • Achieve and surpass weekly submission, interview, and placement goals • Maintain accurate ATS records and track pipeline progress with regular reporting
• Minimum 2 years of recruiting experience, ideally with a U.S. staffing agency • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, and other sourcing tools • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple open roles while meeting performance goals • Strong organizational, communication, and follow-up skills • Availability to work U.S. business hours
