📋 Description

• Manage or support eligibility, enrollment, renewal, and redetermination initiatives • Review workflows and identify opportunities to improve accuracy and timeliness • Coordinate teams, vendors, and agency stakeholders • Monitor workloads, backlogs, service levels, and operational performance • Support implementation of policy and procedural changes • Develop training materials, operating procedures, and beneficiary communications • Support eligibility system improvements, testing, and implementation • Improve coordination between eligibility determination and health plan enrollment • Prepare operational reports and practical recommendations • Work may involve agency processes, beneficiary communications, staff training, systems implementation, or performance improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with U.S. Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, or related program operations • Experience managing teams, projects, workflows, or service delivery • Understanding of eligibility and enrollment processes and their effect on beneficiaries • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Ability to use operational data to identify issues and guide improvements • Relevant supervisory or project leadership experience welcome, even without a Manager title • Preferred: State or county eligibility operations • Preferred: Medicaid renewals, redeterminations, or integrated benefits programs • Preferred: MAGI or non-MAGI eligibility processes • Preferred: Quality assurance, staff training, or beneficiary assistance • Preferred: Eligibility systems implementation or business process improvement • Submit a résumé or professional profile highlighting relevant datasets, analytical projects, and tools • Do not include confidential client information or protected health information
