📋 Description

• Drive timely end-to-end delivery of technical programs across multiple Engineering domains and geographies in an AI-first SDLC • Understand roadmaps and align technical strategy with business goals across Engineering, Security, and Product • Raise the collective technical bar for program management through influence, mentorship, and collaboration • Solve problems, improve processes, remove bottlenecks, and share updates using AI-assisted approaches

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field • 10+ years of experience in technical program management or software engineering leadership • Software development background with programming language proficiency and ability to participate in architectural reviews • Extensive experience with AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code) • Strong understanding of LLM capabilities • Expert-level knowledge of API-first products • Exposure to MCP, authz/authn, and modern application engineering • Proven track record leading large-scale, complex technical rollouts across multiple business units
