📋 Description

• Design solutions to business problems, contributing to an architectural vision • Ship working code primarily with React, Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and Ruby on Rails • Deploy and iterate frequently to gather feedback • Build competencies with L&D budget for technical development • Maintain and troubleshoot services to catch and fix errors proactively

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in a STEM subject, but alternative routes are considered • Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team • Deep technical expertise in frontend engineering, including designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable frontend systems using modern frameworks (ideally React) • Proven track record of making a demonstrable impact in previous roles • Highly driven and proactive with exceptional attention to detail
