📋 Description

• Define technical solutions to business problems and contribute to a scalable architectural vision • Develop frontend code primarily with React • Work with Kotlin microservices, Postgres, and some Ruby on Rails services • Deploy and iterate frequently using CircleCI and Spinnaker for CI/CD • Gather customer feedback to inform subsequent iterations • Monitor services, diagnose root causes, and deploy fixes • Own the services managed by the team and align development with AlphaSights Engineering strategy • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and the wider business • Mentor more junior engineers

🎯 Requirements

• A degree in a STEM subject is probably expected, but alternative routes are accepted • Experience working at a similar level in a mature Engineering team • Deep technical expertise in frontend engineering • Experience designing, building, and maintaining complex, scalable frontend systems using modern frameworks, ideally React • Proven track record of demonstrable impact in previous roles • Highly driven and proactive approach • Meticulous attention to detail
