📋 Description
• Lead the delivery of development programmes across the full lifecycle • Ensure projects meet cost, schedule, and quality targets • Support and deputise for the Project Chief Engineer (PCE) where required • Act as a primary interface with customers and key stakeholders • Drive collaboration across multi-site engineering teams (UK, France, US) • Manage risks, issues, and programme performance reporting • Ensure alignment with structured development processes and APQP standards
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager within aerospace, defence, or complex engineering environments • Strong understanding of engineering development lifecycles • Experience delivering programmes involving electrical systems, avionics, or embedded systems • Ability to operate in a customer-facing, stakeholder-heavy environment • Experience leading cross-functional / international teams • Familiarity with APQP, gated development processes, or similar frameworks • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering , or equivalent military experience
