📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • Job Title: Account Manager (Zoho Specialist) • Role Overview: Act as the main point of contact for assigned client accounts. • Conduct client meetings to gather detailed business and system requirements. • Translate client needs into technical specifications for the development team. • Coordinate with developers, solution architects, and QA to ensure accurate delivery. • Guide clients through Zoho’s ecosystem (CRM, Books, Projects, Desk, Creator, etc.). • Ensure projects are aligned with business goals and completed on time. • Manage expectations, scope, timelines, and deliverables. • Provide strategic input on process optimization, automation, and system design. • Lead documentation of workflows, blueprints, and solution architecture. • Support testing, rollout, and client training during project deployment.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years in account management, business analysis, or Zoho consulting • Strong working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Zoho One, and related Zoho apps • Ability to understand business processes and map them to system workflows • Technically confident in speaking with both clients and developers • Experience working with blueprints, workflows, custom functions, and APIs • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational and project coordination abilities • Proven ability to document and explain technical requirements clearly
