📋 Description

• Own the full sales cycle for nursing schools from first outreach to closed contract • Build a pipeline of nursing schools through outbound calls, emails, and events • Run product demos for school directors and teaching staff • Negotiate and close deals, then hand over new accounts to the Account Manager • Maintain accurate CRM data for forecasting and performance analysis • Collect feedback from nursing schools and communicate it to Product to shape the roadmap • Test new outreach approaches and share learnings with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally with exposure to the full sales cycle • Experience conducting outbound activity and building a pipeline from scratch • Comfort speaking with decision-makers and explaining product value • Fluency in German at C1 level or above • Good English skills • Structured approach to managing many parallel pipeline conversations • Proficiency with a CRM such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar • Interest in education, healthcare, and nursing • Valid work permit to work in Germany • Availability to work full-time, 40 hours per week
