• Develop new business opportunities while strengthening existing accounts in the Southwest (Ozark Territory) • Drive sales goals including profitable year-over-year growth for assigned territory • Prospect, network, and leverage industry contacts to develop new accounts and expand share of wallet • Execute territory plans that align with business and marketing strategies • Lead and support key business negotiations and influence customer decisions • Build and maintain multi-level, cross-functional relationships with customer decision-makers • Partner with customer stakeholders in Purchasing, Product Development, Operations, and Marketing • Network externally with co-packers, machine suppliers, OEMs, and industry associations • Coordinate with Sales Management, R&D, Marketing, and Field Service for validation and commercialization • Manage accounts receivable in collaboration with Credit • Use CRM tools for pipeline management, account planning, and forecasting • Share insights from customer engagements to support strategic planning and product development
• Bachelor’s Degree required • 2–4 years of progressive sales experience, ideally in flexible packaging, foodservice, or related manufacturing/distribution industries • Demonstrated success in developing new business and growing accounts • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills • Proficiency with CRM and sales tools • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 60% of the time
