• Drive integrated network performance across AFEMEA by optimizing asset safety, service, quality, and cost • Deliver year-over-year cost improvements and drive revenue and profit growth for Technology Groups • Optimize products and technologies against annual operating plans and long-term strategic objectives • Monitor opportunity pipelines and network capacity and provide long-term forecasts for market strategies, customer bids, deal strategies, and capital investment decisions • Evaluate plant and asset performance against peers and develop recapitalization strategies • Deploy central resources to support best-practice teams in process and asset optimization programs • Optimize AFEMEA’s strongest assets and define restructuring opportunities • Partner with R&D and Product Management to optimize the RR asset network and transition non-RR assets to RR-ready assets • Determine product placement across AFEMEA’s manufacturing network • Develop business plans for major capital investments and asset management plans • Define, standardize, and unify core specifications across BNA markets to reduce complexity and cost to produce • Review asset utilization and performance to identify improvement opportunities • Work with cross-functional Operations teams to reduce cost to produce • Provide capacity transparency and identify capability, capacity, and operational constraints • Develop strategic, multi-generation product plans across the network • Lead strategies for operationalizing innovation platforms, including sustainable platforms • Lead competitive benchmarking of capability, quality, service, and cost • Monitor asset management industry trends and emerging technologies • Manage investments through the CERG process • Manage network allocation so products are assigned to appropriate, lowest-cost assets • Support global and regional projects involving asset-capability mapping, footprint options, and asset lifecycle planning • Coordinate with global teams to harmonize definitions, standards, classifications, and modeling assumptions • Partner with Operations, Finance, and IT to deliver safety, service, quality, and cost initiatives • Contribute to network master planning, MMR processes, and annual budget preparation
• University degree in Engineering or a related field • Ability to understand Finance and product costing • Minimum 3 years’ experience in program/project management; administrative experience desirable • Proficient computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite • Preferably strong knowledge of the packaging business or related industries such as consumer goods or process industries • Fluent English; at least one other major European language desirable • Strong ability and experience to manage in a cross-cultural environment • Ability to work successfully in a matrix organization and at different organizational levels • Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail • Collaboration skills and ability to work effectively in a team • Leadership and time management skills • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel with VBA and PowerPoint, and Power BI • SFDC, Mills, and SAP knowledge desirable • Motivated, positive, values-driven, and ambitious
