• Build strong, long-term relationships with businesses • Develop specific, needs-based recommendations for employees • Consult with current customers • Participate in annual benefit enrollments and group presentations • Focus on new account development opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• Ability to grow and maintain existing Business to Business accounts • Strong relationship-building skills • Experience in sales of worksite insurance products and services • Must be willing to consult with current customers to provide value and meet financial needs. • Must be able to develop customized needs-based employee benefit packages
