📋 Description

• Consult with clients to assess their finances and determine if debt settlement is a viable option • Handle inbound calls and proactively reach out to company-provided leads • Educate clients on the debt settlement process, including how it works, potential risks, and benefits • Explain debt settlement terms and conditions, monthly payments, and resolution timelines • Maintain accurate client interaction and agreement records in the company CRM • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics • Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and company debt-settlement policies • Stay current on debt-settlement industry, legal, and market developments • Conduct sales conversations, educate customers, build rapport, overcome objections, and close sales over the phone

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience enrolling customers into debt settlement programs • 2+ years of sales experience in a call center with a proven track record of success • Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM to manage customer interactions and documentation • Proficiency in Google Workspace, email communication, customer inquiry management, multitasking, and internet navigation • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for explaining complex financial concepts • Ability to manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat while multitasking and prioritizing • Ability to build rapport, handle objections, and guide clients toward informed financial decisions • Availability to work evenings and/or weekends as required • Reliable high-speed internet connection supporting a direct Ethernet connection • Dedicated, quiet, distraction-free home workspace suitable for confidential customer conversations • Must currently reside in the United States • Spanish proficiency is required only for applicants seeking bilingual opportunities
