📋 Description

• Assist in maintaining and expanding relationships with clients, acting as a point of contact for client-related matters. • Support the delivery of influencer marketing campaigns, production, creative, and community strategy services for your clientele. • Develop trusted relationships with key accounts and customer stakeholders. • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives. • Assist in communicating the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders. • Help identify new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas. • Collaborate with Senior Account Managers, and Directors in negotiating and closing agreements. • Assist in forecasting and tracking key account metrics (e.g., quarterly performance and campaign performance reports). • Prepare reports on account status and provide regular updates to internal teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven work experience in Influencer Marketing or a relevant role. • Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization. • Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs. • Ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail. • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • General knowledge of the gaming industry. • Experience in mobile gaming or influencer marketing campaigns (BONUS).
