• Maintain and optimize internal HR platform ensuring accurate employee data, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and reporting • Oversee employee benefits programs, handle open enrollment, and serve as primary benefits point of contact • Ensure timely execution of performance review cycles and track documentation and outcomes • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR documentation in line with local, state, and federal regulations • Provide day-to-day HR support to staff, addressing questions and guiding employees and managers through policies and procedures • Continuously identify opportunities to improve HR operations, tools, and employee experience • Exercise discretion and independent judgment pursuant to AMG management policies and business operation guidelines

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or HR Operations • Working knowledge of HR systems/ platforms • Experience managing benefits programs and coordinating performance review cycles • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion • HR certifications are a plus (ex: PHR, HRCI, SHRM etc)
