📋 Description

• Implementation of upstream systems and analysis of business processes • DATEV administration and internal support • Development of custom reports and management accounting analyses for clients • Client communication and project management

🎯 Requirements

• Completed training as a tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte:r) or comparable further qualification as an accountant/bookkeeper • Ideally experience working both in a tax firm and in a company • Extensive experience with DATEV Kanzlei-Rechnungswesen, including administration and data transfers • Good knowledge of various upstream systems that are connected to DATEV • Business/finance understanding of accounting logic, reporting and key performance indicators (KPIs) • Very good Excel skills for complex data preparation • Experience with other financial accounting (FiBu) or ERP tools such as Odoo, Business Central, Sage or Diamant is an advantage • Excellent client communication and ability to explain complex topics clearly • Solution-oriented, structured and able to work independently, even across parallel projects • Willingness to learn and enthusiasm for onboarding new systems and processes • Very good German skills, good English skills
